At FSG, Rishi focuses on leveraging his experience from the corporate strategy world to using market-based solutions to drive sustainable social change and working with stakeholders and market actors to embed addressing relevant social needs as a central theme and key driver in their growth agenda.

Previously, Rishi spent nearly seven years at Monitor Group, latterly as an Associate Partner and a member of firm’s leadership team in India. There, he worked with clients from industries such as FMCG, packaged goods, telecom, and automotive.

Prior to that, he spent over five years with Unilever in various roles across Africa, Asia, and the United States of America.

Rishi’s top tip for getting hired: Being true to yourself during the process and not trying to give answers you think the interviewer wants to hear. You might not get the job you want but you will get the job you will enjoy.
