Since her first job at Oxfam, Isabel has focused on social justice and making impact using the resources of the nonprofit and business worlds. She is the Founder & Principal Consultant at Profit with Purpose, consulting with companies that want to use their resources for good, and to nonprofits who want to engage better with companies. In 2015 she became a Practitioner in Residence at the Skoll Centre where she is researching organizational structures used by business to deliver social impact. From 2002-2014 Isabel established the Foundation internationally. Prior to that she was at Amnesty International for 11 years where she focused on East Asia. She is an Associate Consultant with Alstonia in Bombay and is on the Boards of Economic Change and NESsT.

Isabel’s top tip for getting hired: Be yourself and don’t overly compromise … the right thing is out there.
